Mexican Chocolate Menu Tasting

Join us for a unique 6-course tasting menu and an evening that will take you on a tasting journey from Meso America's cacao foods, our diverse selections of dark and white cacao chocolates, hot  cacao drinks, and a savoury intercultural exchange of Calgary's harvest and Mexican traditions.

Ticket include:

• 6-course food and drinks tasting menu including cacao foods designed by Chef Erika Araujo.
• A classic ChocoSol drinking chocolate, 
• Two tasting boards of Rustico and Fino chocolates, 
• 2 fresh savoury hand made quesadilla made with local farm-fresh ingredients, 
• Hot champurrado mexican beverage, white cacao jaguar chocolate board and sipping drink, 
• and chocolate tamal dessert.
• 5% off all purchases made in-store after the tasting event in chocosol bars.
• All food and drinks served are vegetarian and can be made vegan upon request. 
• All food and drinks are free of nuts, soy, and gluten.
