Aztec soup
A rich and hearty soup full of red tomato and beans, with chunks of creamy feta cheese and crisp tortilla strips. Garnished with sour cream and smoked pasilla pepper.
Mole Verde
Rich and complex sauce pumpkin seeds, green tomatillos, green poblano chiles, green onion, radish leaves, cilantro, chard, parsley, and epazote that enrobes tender cubes of pork; served with beans and fresh tortillas.
